Do you have a ‘can do’ attitude? Are you comfortable trying new ways of working and have a flexible, open approach? Do you have a sense of adventure? If so this may be the perfect role for you.

David (a young man in his 40’s) is looking for a new personal development worker (support worker) to join his team. He is hoping to find someone who can support him to discover new things, reignite his interests, go on adventures and help him to live his best life. Would you like to walk alongside David to help him explore his world?

David feels most comfortable around people who aren’t overly formal and don’t take themselves too seriously. Does this sound like you?

Full training and support will be given. We are interested in someone with transferrable skills so no formal social care experience is required.
