Darren is a vibrant young man who lives independently in his own home in Blantyre. He receives 24/7 support on a 2:1 basis, and he thrives when he’s surrounded by people who bring structure, positivity, and enthusiasm to his daily routines.

We’re looking for confident, engaging, and compassionate individuals to join his dedicated support team and help him continue living his best life.

Darren is full of personality and absolutely lights up when he’s with people who support him with energy and consistency. His days are active, purposeful, and filled with the things he loves best:

🚶‍♂️ Long scenic walks in his favourite local parks
🎉 Engaging 1‑to‑1 interaction with staff — he thrives on connection
🖐️ Sensory play that keeps him engaged and calm
🤸 Weekly sessions at Flip Out — one of the highlights of his week!
💦 Hydrotherapy — relaxing, fun, and great for his wellbeing
🌍 Exploring new places and discovering new experiences
