Personal Development Coach (West Suffolk)

We are currently recruiting for a Personal Development Coach (full-time) to join Inspire’s Youth Employment Service, supporting young people aged 16-24 across West Suffolk. The role focuses on working one-to-one with young people who are not currently in education, employment or training, helping them to build confidence, develop skills and make positive decisions about their future.

The postholder will provide tailored information, advice and guidance, supporting young people to explore opportunities in education, employment and training. The role takes a holistic approach, ensuring each young person is supported in a way that meets their individual needs and enables sustained progression,

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in delivering employability and skills training, and working with young people, who is motivated to make a meaningful difference.
