16 hours / week plus overnight support (additional 8 hours) available but not mandatory

Support is provided 24/7, with rotas reflecting this. Flexibility can be accommodated where needed, ensuring fairness across the team.

Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

Neil is  full of fun and energy. He loves being outdoors working at a farm looking after sheep and alpaca's - his passion. He also volunteers at a garden centre. He loves swimming, going to the gym and playing on his ipad. He also loves going out for food with friends.  Neil lives in his own home and receives support 7 days a week including at night. Sadly, it’s not always possible for Neil to enjoy what many people would consider these ‘simple pleasures’ without proper, dedicated support.
