Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

We are looking for a responsible, reliable and vigilant Waking Night Support Worker to join our team within a registered HMO that supports four ladies with complex health and support needs. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and comfort of the people we support throughout the night.
The successful candidate will be attentive, proactive and able to respond calmly and effectively to any changes in health, wellbeing or emergency situations. You will be responsible for carrying out regular welfare checks, supporting with personal care where required, monitoring health needs, completing accurate records and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking someone who can demonstrate excellent observation skills, a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
