Job Summary

About the role

You will be joining a dedicated and passionate People Team who pride themselves in supporting the organisation with all people related needs, with a responsive and approachable service. This will range from overseeing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding procedure to processing monthly payroll changes and reporting. This role plays an integral part of ensuring we meet people’s needs by acting as a first point of contact to all AIUK colleague queries which cover the full employee lifecycle and escalating issues when needed. You will also support on general People activities such as learning, wellbeing and engagement.

The post holder will be expected to attend the London office on a regular basis.


The role may be for you if:
  • You have a strong interest, and a basic understanding of Human Resources principles but specific experience in a HR role is not necessary.
  • Your organisation and prioritisation skills will allow you to work flexibly between different tasks smoothly.
  • You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture as well as communicate with tact and clarity.
  • You’ll have experience of a variety of administration tasks, including using database system.
