People Experience Manager

- Deliver people‑first improvements by shaping employee journeys and ensuring experiences meet high, inclusive standards.
- Lead our listening strategy, running surveys, analysing insights, and driving actions that strengthen the employee voice.
- Create engaging, inclusive activities and events that build culture, connection, and belonging.
- Collaborate across the People Team and wider organisation to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and share best practice.
- Support and develop others, fostering a collaborative, learning‑focused team environment.
- Ability to plan and prioritise complex work to deliver high‑value outcomes.
- Skills in human‑centred, inclusive design and creating accessible, equitable solutions.
- To be a strong communicator and collaborator who builds trust and turns insight into action.
- Confidence using data, audience insight, and employee voice to guide decisions.
- Proven experience leading people and supporting teams and stakeholders to achieve their goals and successfully navigate change.
