About the role
MAP is seeking a People and Culture Officer (P&C) to deliver effective P&C services across the employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement and wellbeing, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
The role serves as the first point of contact for P&C queries, provides administrative support across P&C processes, maintains accurate employee records and data, and supports payroll, recruitment tracking, and work injury insurance processes. The postholder will also contribute to P&C initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
About You
The ideal candidate will support the implementation of MAP’s People and Culture strategies, ensuring efficient P&C processes and accurate record-keeping across the employee lifecycle, while maintaining strong coordination with staff, managers, and key stakeholders. The candidate should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, solid experience across HR functions—preferably within the INGO or charity sector—and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in both Arabic and English, with proficiency in HR systems, recruitment platforms, and MS Office.
