One Fylde is a charity providing person – centred support, accommodation and activities for adults and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
In order to do this, we need to be the very best employer we can be and our People and Culture team are central to this. The team have an opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join us at an exciting time of development of our People Plan.
What This Role Is All About
As a People & Culture Advisor at One Fylde, you’ll play a key part in creating an exceptional employee experience and supporting our mission to deliver person-centred services for adults and young people with learning disabilities and autism. You’ll be the first point of contact for managers and colleagues, providing clear, compassionate and practical HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
From managing employee relations cases, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining high-quality HR operations, to promoting wellbeing, engagement and values-led behaviours, your work will directly contribute to the development and delivery of our People Plan. You’ll also support key projects and organisational change activity, helping us continually grow, improve and strengthen our culture.

Experience in the charity or social care sector and CIPD Level 5 are an advantage, but not essential - what matters most is your approach, professionalism and drive to make a difference.
