We are looking for a student to work in the Union Advice Service as a trained Peer Advisor. You will provide support to other students, focussing on Academic issues and University policies and procedures, using knowledge, experience, emotional, social or practical guidance.
Skills you’ll need:
- A competent user of IT
- Commitment to strong customer service standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and listening skills
- Outstanding organisation skills, including excellent attention to detail
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- A commitment to working in a fast paced environment
