Payroll and HR Administration Officer (Parental leave cover)

We are looking for a skilled Payroll and HR administration colleague with generalist HR social legislation knowledge to be responsible for administrative HR tasks, assisting with payroll, keeping our HR administration up to date and advising staff on policies and procedures.

Main duties

  • Payroll and HR Administration :

- Maintain employee records according to legal requirements
- Recording employee-related data in our HR Information System (Personio)
- Coordinate the provision of accurate and timely monthly payroll information, changes to conditions of employment, ensuring related documents are issued and information is recorded and processed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Employee Onboarding:

- Prepare contracts of employment and addendums, complete HR on-boarding, including carrying out HR inductions with new joiners and compilation of labour documentation. 

Role requirements

  • Fluent (CEFR Level C1) in English
  • Good knowledge of Polish employment laws and regulations
  • HR Administration experience, consisting of Running monthly payroll, preparing employee contracts and variations
