PATHWAY MANAGER (INTERNAL APPLICATIONS ONLY)

Hours: 30 - 37 hours per week

Salary: £33,050 - £35,570 (pro-rata - salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)

Contract: Permanent

Base: Hybrid - Osney Mead Office & Home Working (Some travel in Oxford city, West and South Oxfordshire required

  • Knowledge of supported housing services
  • Awareness of Safeguarding and its implications for social care practice
  • Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality and how this applies to social care practice
  • Understanding of how to work creatively to manage risk and provide support to those with complex needs
  • Experience of working in a social care setting
  • Experience of using initiative and judgement in difficult circumstances
  • Experience of using negotiation and influencing skills in relation to complex or challenging decisions
  • Ability to work in reactive environment
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders at various levels
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to gather KPI data and present as appropriate
  • Ability to understand and/or evaluate complex and sometimes conflicting information and synthesise this for others
  • Ability to work with tenacity under pressure
  • Knowledge/Understanding of our values
