Location: Wales Golf Headquarters (hybrid office/home working)
Salary: £23,500–£25,500 (pro rata – £14,100 – £15,300)
Hours: Part Time – 21 hours per week
Closing date: Monday 12th January 2026
About the Role
As our Team Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and logistical support across our High Performance and Pathway programmes. You will help organise national and international tournaments, support squad training logistics, manage kit stock, coordinate calendars and documentation, and ensure the department operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Team & Individual Competition Support (European Nations Cup, European Team Championships, Home Internationals, WATC, U16/U18, EYM)
- Squad Training Coordination
- Kit Management & Supplier Liaison
- Player Tracking, Data Support & Order of Merit updating
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- GCSEs A–C in English and Maths
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- High attention to detail • Friendly, professional, team-focused approach
Desirable:
- Experience in sport/event administration or office environments
No previous golf knowledge required as administration role.
