Emmaus Merseyside is recruiting for a new Pathway Coordinator to provide high-quality, structured, person-centred support to Emmaus residents.
Emmaus Merseyside is an award-winning charity that empowers people to overcome homelessness for good. We provide people with a stable home and life-changing tailored support.
We’re here for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We see the person and their strengths – and help them get their life back on track, based on the future they want to create. As part of a nationwide movement of local Emmaus charities, we equip people with valuable skills, training and work experience to achieve their goals.
No one’s life should be defined by homelessness. In our caring community, we build on each individual’s abilities, increasing their confidence and self-esteem. The people we support have a purpose and a chance to make a real contribution to their community.
As Pathway Coordinator, you will support our adult residents, enabling them to build independence, achieve planned outcomes, and progress along a clear pathway to successfully move on to independent living.
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing each individual’s support pathway, ensuring all interventions are outcome-focused and aligned to progression goals. The Pathway Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring all support activity is clearly evidenced, including accurate, timely and outcome-focused recording on systems such as In-Form (or equivalent), and for maintaining high standards of professional practice.
We are seeking someone who has experience working with vulnerable adults and delivering person-centred support. You will need strong communication and organisational skills, resilience, and a compassionate, person-centred approach to working with individuals who may face complex challenges.
To apply for the role, please download the Applicant Information Pack below, which includes the job description and person specification.
You are invited to submit a CV and a tailored covering letter outlining your suitability for the role, along with your alignment to our values and mission.
Please email your CV and a cover letter to: debbie@mk-consult.co.uk
Ensure you refer to the job description and person specification when completing your application cover letter. The closing date for applications is 10am on Monday 4 May. Candidates will be invited to interviews throughout the recruitment window.
You can support Emmaus Merseyside by visiting our Charity Superstore (open Monday to Saturday, 9am – 4:30pm and Sunday, 10am – 4pm) and The Hub & Coffee Shop (open Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm).
