Pastor/Planter

Redeemer Church Nottingham

We are looking to appoint a church planter/pastor to lead a revitalisation project we are engaging with in the west of Nottingham. Initially the successful candidate will be employed by Redeemer, though we anticipate that in time employment would transfer to the church being revitalised.
In conjunction with other local FIEC churches we are prayerfully considering sending 40 adults plus children to support this work.
If, for any reason, this revitalisation project does not go ahead, the role would transition to helping us explore other planting/revitalisation options locally.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous full-time pastoral experience who is looking to transition into the role of pastor.

Required Skills

This role has an occupational requirement for the post holder to be a male Christian, who meets the Biblical qualifications for eldership, and is in full agreement with the FIEC statement of faith and doctrinal distinctives.
