We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Partnerships Lead to join our Fundraising Team at St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth. This role is for someone who truly loves people, thrives on building meaningful relationships, and inspires others through their passion, energy and values. You will care for, connect with, and grow our supporters, ensuring every interaction reflects who we are as an organisation.

About the Role

As Partnerships Lead, you will:

• Lead and support our Partnerships Advisor’s, helping them to flourish and deliver excellent supporter experiences
• Build a diverse portfolio of income streams, including corporate, community, and group partnerships
• Steward existing relationships, ensuring we protect what we’ve built while expanding for the future
• Represent St Luke’s externally, meeting supporters face-to-face, delivering engaging presentations, and being an ambassador for our work
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our supporters and partners
• Work collaboratively with the Fundraising Team, maintaining a joined-up, consistent approach to our fundraising

The successful candidate must also hold a valid driving licence; travel to various locations across Plymouth and the wider area is essential for this role.
