We are looking for a creative and strategic marketer to deliver the marketing objectives for a wide range of partners, from major corporates, funders and campaign stakeholders to licensee partners for our retail offering.

Working into the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with the wider Marketing, Campaigns, Digital, PR, Partnerships and Programme Delivery teams, the post holder will be confident in developing and executing cross channel campaigns. They will plan and deliver creative, brand-aligned and audience-focused marketing communications, with compelling storytelling and inspirational content that drives awareness and deepens connection with Eden’s brand and charitable mission, and delivers real value for partners.

Roles within the Marketing function are responsible for developing and delivering the Eden Project’s brand strategy to build brand profile, awareness and reputation, extending and diversifying its audience reach and engagement, and maximising the delivery of commercial and cause related programmes and revenue streams. The division includes Eden’s brand and audience development, community campaigns, destination and commercial marketing, consumer insight, communications, digital experience and delivery, membership and ticketing activities, building a lasting relationship with current and future audiences, and driving value and revenue in the process. |

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager the Partnerships Marketing Manager will lead the marketing and communications elements of our partner relationships ensuring that all activations are creative, consistent and to maximum mutual benefit. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Digital, PR, Partnerships, Delivery, Campaigns, Sessions and Retail teams, this role will oversee the development and delivery of high-quality marketing resources that support a wide range of partners, from major corporates, funders and campaign to licensee partners for our retail offering. The post holder will be a creative and strategic marketer, confident in developing and executing creative, brand-aligned and audience-focused marketing communications, with compelling storytelling and inspiring content that drives awareness and deepens connection with Eden’s brand and charitable mission, and delivers real value for partners. |
- Manage the marketing activation of Eden Project’s partnerships, including corporate partners, campaign funders, strategic collaborators and retail licensee partners.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth delivery, strong relationships and high standards of output.
- Translate partnership agreements into clear, effective marketing and comms plans that meet both Eden’s objectives and partner expectations.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of all partnership marketing assets, including:
- Communications materials and announcements
- Articles, case studies and impact stories
- Web and digital content
- Promotional and branded materials
- Ensure all content aligns with Eden Project and partner brand guidelines, tone of voice and objectives in a creative and inspiring way.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated partnership campaigns across owned, earned and shared channels.
- Support the planning and delivery of joint campaigns with partners
- Ensure partner activity is visible, engaging and impact-led, telling compelling stories about shared values and outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to schedule and deliver joined-up marketing activity.
- Support licensee partners with marketing and brand guidance, assets and materials to enable effective promotion.
- Manage external suppliers and freelancers where required.
- Track delivery against partnership marketing plans and deadlines, evaluate effectiveness against KPIs, and demonstrate ROI.
- Contribute to reporting on partnership impact, reach and value across channels.
- Continuously improve partnership marketing processes.
Educated to degree level, ideally within a relevant discipline such as Marketing or Communications. - Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing, ideally with a partnership angle, brand marketing or B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices, including digital, print and partnership marketing and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, editing and proofing skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences and channels.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and managing co-branded materials.
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong design sensibility and an eye for impactful visual storytelling.
Working to short- and medium-term objectives within the broader marketing strategy, the post holder will have autonomy in managing workload, advising on content and creative approaches, and adapting plans to changing priorities. They will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with the wider Marketing, Digital, PR, Partnerships and Programme Delivery teams to ensure cohesive and effective delivery. This role demands creativity, initiative and flexibility. The post holder must be proactive in identifying opportunities, balancing partner requirements, and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously. A self-starter who can demonstrate strategic thinking alongside hands-on delivery and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role may supervise or guide staff, volunteers or external freelancers and manage relationships with agencies and suppliers. Responsible for ensuring assets such as campaign data, imagery and case studies are stored, used and shared appropriately in line with GDPR. Exceptional communication skills are essential. The post holder must be able to craft clear, engaging and motivational content and represent Eden Project with professionalism and authenticity. They will tailor messaging for different audiences and channels, maintaining brand voice and impact across all materials. The role is flexible to enable home working as required as part of a hardworking, fun and passionate UK wide team, with an office location at the Eden Project in Cornwall. This role may require working outside of usual hours, weekend and evening work and some UK based travel. Enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated, with an ability to build rapport with internal teams and external partners. A driving licence is desirable. |
