Save the Children France recrute un(e) Chargé(e) de partenariats en CDD, pour une durée maximale de quatre mois, afin d'assurer un remplacement dans le cadre d'un congé maternité puis parental.

Ce poste offre l'opportunité de contribuer directement à nos activités de partenariats, de financement et de plaidoyer. Vous participerez au développement de nos relations avec les institutions françaises, les pouvoirs publics et les acteurs du secteur privé. Au sein d'une petite équipe, vous collaborerez étroitement avec des collègues de l'ensemble du mouvement Save the Children pour renforcer notre impact en faveur des enfants.

Save the Children France a été créée et enregistrée en 2022 avec le soutien de l'ensemble du mouvement Save the Children.

Dans le cadre de notre stratégie mondiale, Save the Children poursuit le renforcement de ses partenariats de programmation et de plaidoyer en France.

L'équipe de Save the Children France est actuellement composée de deux personnes basées en France, bénéficiant de l'appui fonctionnel d'un réseau élargi de spécialistes issus du mouvement Save the Children.

À propos du poste

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Save the Children France, vous contribuerez au suivi quotidien des activités de partenariats, de financement et de plaidoyer de Save the Children en France.

Vous participerez au maintien des relations avec les principaux acteurs des secteurs français du développement et de l'action humanitaire, assurerez une veille sur les évolutions des politiques publiques et des opportunités de financement, contribuerez au développement de projets et à l'engagement des partenaires, et représenterez Save the Children lors de réunions et d'événements lorsque cela sera nécessaire.

Vous veillerez également à la mise à jour des principaux outils de suivi, des plans d'action et des bases d'informations relatives aux parties prenantes, coordonnerez les communications destinées aux partenaires et collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de Save the Children afin d'assurer la continuité des activités pendant cette période de remplacement.

Ce poste varié conviendra à une personne appréciant le développement de partenariats, la coordination de plusieurs priorités simultanément et le travail dans un environnement international.

Principales responsabilités

Stratégie et pilotage

• Réaliser une veille stratégique ainsi que des analyses sur les tendances du marché, les priorités et les enjeux liés aux partenariats, afin de contribuer à l'alignement des activités de financement et de plaidoyer de Save the Children avec les priorités du Gouvernement français.
• Contribuer à l'élaboration, à la mise à jour et au suivi des principaux outils de pilotage (plan de travail, suivi des indicateurs, cartographie des parties prenantes, listes de contacts, etc.).

Relations institutionnelles et influence

• Développer et entretenir des relations de travail avec les principaux acteurs des secteurs français du développement et de l'action humanitaire afin de soutenir les objectifs mondiaux de Save the Children en matière de financement et de plaidoyer.
• Contribuer aux activités de plaidoyer et au dialogue avec les institutions françaises, conformément à la stratégie 2025-2027 de Save the Children ainsi qu'à ses priorités thématiques et géographiques.
• Soutenir l'influence internationale des membres de Save the Children auprès des autorités françaises sur les enjeux multilatéraux (notamment auprès des Nations Unies et de l'Union européenne).
• Participer de manière proactive aux échanges réguliers avec les administrations françaises, tant au niveau technique qu'opérationnel, afin de renforcer l'influence de Save the Children et de maintenir à jour la cartographie des parties prenantes.
• Représenter Save the Children lors de réunions, conférences et événements organisés par les institutions françaises.
• Contribuer à renforcer la visibilité de Save the Children auprès des autorités françaises en partageant des informations et des ressources sur nos actions avec les principales parties prenantes.

Financement et programmes

• Réaliser des analyses des mécanismes de financement et des priorités des bailleurs institutionnels français.
• En collaboration avec les membres du mouvement Save the Children, les bureaux pays et le Directeur, contribuer au positionnement de Save the Children auprès des bailleurs institutionnels français afin de favoriser les opportunités de financement.
• Contribuer au développement de projets avec les membres de Save the Children et les bureaux pays.
• Appuyer le Directeur dans ses relations avec les partenaires et parties prenantes du secteur privé.

Engagement des partenaires du secteur privé et analyse stratégique

• Rédiger des notes d'actualité thématiques et contextuelles à destination des partenaires du secteur privé de Save the Children, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes en charge des partenariats privés et en appui au Directeur, en garantissant des communications ciblées, pertinentes et de grande qualité.
• Contribuer à la cartographie et à l'analyse des priorités, des stratégies de financement et des approches d'engagement des partenaires du secteur privé.

Relations avec les pairs

• Développer et entretenir des relations de travail constructives avec les représentants en France d'ONG, d'agences des Nations Unies ainsi que de réseaux et collectifs d'influence.
• Participer aux groupes de travail de plaidoyer réunissant les organisations partenaires en France.
• Représenter Save the Children lors de réunions et d'événements organisés par les organisations partenaires.

Votre profil

Critères essentiels

• Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
• Expérience dans le secteur du développement international et/ou de l'action humanitaire, idéalement au sein d'un siège basé en France.
• Bonne connaissance des mécanismes de financement des bailleurs institutionnels français.
• Bonne compréhension de l'écosystème français des acteurs du développement et de l'action humanitaire (institutions publiques et organisations de la société civile).

Critères souhaités

• Expérience en matière de plaidoyer, d'éducation en situations d'urgence, de protection de l'enfance et/ou de droit international humanitaire.
• Expérience des partenariats avec le secteur privé et/ou de la philanthropie.

Save the Children France are looking for someone to join them as a Partnership Officer for up to four months, providing maternity and parental leave cover.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our partnerships, funding and advocacy work, supporting engagement with French government, institutional and private sector stakeholders. As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll work closely with colleagues across the wider Save the Children movement to help deliver meaningful impact for children.

As part of our global strategy, Save the Children now aims to further strengthen its programming and advocacy partnerships in France.

Save the Children France currently consists of a 2-person team in France, with dotted line support from an extended functional team across the wider Save the Children movement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Save the Children France, you'll provide day-to-day support across Save the Children France's partnerships, funding and advocacy activities in France. You'll help maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the French development and humanitarian sectors, monitor policy and funding developments, support project development and partner engagement, and represent Save the Children at meetings and events where appropriate.

You'll also help keep key plans, stakeholder information and monitoring tools up to date, coordinate communications for partners, and work closely with colleagues across Save the Children to ensure the smooth continuation of activities during this maternity cover. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities and working in an international environment.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategy and direction

• Provide intelligence and analysis on partner-related and general market trends, priorities, and challenges that contribute to ensuring an alignment of funding and advocacy with French government priorities across Save the Children
• Contribute and maintain key working tools –workplan, indicator tracking, stakeholder mapping and contact lists etc.

Institutional engagement and influence

• Maintain working-level relationships in the French development and humanitarian sectors to further Save the Children's global funding and advocacy objectives.
• Advocacy and policy engagement across the French institutional landscape, in line with Save the Children's 2025-2027 strategy, priority thematic areas and countries.
• Support Save the Children Members' International influence with French government for multilateral purposes (e.g. UN, EU).Proactively contribute to and participate in daily engagement with French Government at technical and working level to enhance SC's influence and ensure the stakeholder mapping remains up to date.
• Represent Save the Children at relevant French government sponsored events and meetings.
• Contribute to enhancing Save the Children's visibility with the French Government by sharing information and materials about its work among key stakeholders.

Funding and programmes

• Analysis of French institutional donor funding instruments and allocations.
• Working with Save the Children members, country offices and the Director, position Save the Children for funding through regular interactions with French institutional donors.
• Work with Save the Children Members and country offices on project development.
• Support Director's engagement with corporate partners and stakeholders.

 

Private Sector Partner Engagement and Strategic Analysis

• Draft thematic and contextual updates for Save the Children's private sector partners, in close coordination with relationship private partnership teams and in support of the Director, ensuring tailored, timely and high-quality communications aligned with partners' interests and strategic priorities.
• Contribute to mapping and analysis of private sector partners' priorities, funding strategies and engagement approaches,

Peer engagement

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with France based counterparts in NGOs, UN agencies and peer collectives/influence groups.
• Contribute to collective advocacy peer working groups in France.
• Represent Save the Children at peer agency sponsored events and meetings

About You:

Essential Criteria:

• Fluency in French and English
• Experience in the development/humanitarian sector, preferably at headquarters in France.
• Good understanding of France's institutional funding mechanisms.
• Good understanding of French development/humanitarian stakeholders (institutional and civil society)
• Experience in advocacy, education in emergencies, child protection and/or international humanitarian law (Desirable)
• Experience in corporate/philanthropic partnerships (Desirable)

Location & Ways of Working:

The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but at times you will be required to come to your contracted office (usually between 2–4 days per month, depending on the needs of your role, team, or service). For many roles, this is likely to be the minimum required to deliver impact.
