Are you caring, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference?
Mencap is looking for brilliant Support Workers to join our friendly team in Worksop!
This is your chance to make a genuine impact in the lives of people with learning disabilities — supporting them to live confidently, independently, and joyfully. Every person we support has their own personality, hobbies, and goals… and you’ll be right there cheering them on.

As a Support Worker, no two days are the same! You’ll help with day‑to‑day tasks, offer emotional support, and create those small-but-special moments that mean everything.
You’ll be working alongside a diverse group of amazing individuals, each with unique strengths and needs.
A driver is preferred but not essential — so don’t worry if you don’t drive.
