St Edmund’s College is seeking an experienced and compassionate This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nursing professional / paramedic to manage and develop the College’s Health Centre, lead a dedicated team of nurses and health centre assistants, and play a key role in supporting the wellbeing of our boarding and day pupils - Lead and manage the Health Centre team and daily operations.
- Provide high-quality nursing care, first aid and emergency treatment.
- Support pupils with acute and chronic health needs.
- Oversee medical records, medication management and healthcare protocols.
- Promote health education and preventative healthcare across the College.
- Work closely with pastoral, boarding and safeguarding teams.
- Manage the Health Centre budget and ensure compliance with NMC, BSA and ISI standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, local healthcare providers and external agencies.
You will be a registered nurse / paramedic with strong clinical experience, excellent leadership skills and a genuine commitment to supporting young people. Experience within an educational or boarding environment would be advantageous. |
