The Parish of Pinhoe with Poltimore is seeking a friendly, reliable and well-organised person, for the role of part-time Administrator to help in supporting their Clergy, Churchwardens and Churches within the Parish of Pinhoe with Poltimore, in the Diocese of Exeter.
This is a key role at the heart of the church community, providing administrative support to Clergy and working alongside their churchwardens and volunteers in serving our Parish. You will provide information to parishioners and the wider community, and organise a variety of occasional offices (weddings, baptisms, funerals) in our churches, liaising with the staff team, volunteers and relevant professionals.
This is a busy role, which requires someone with excellent organisational, interpersonal and IT skills, as well as the ability to manage a varied workload with accuracy and efficiency.
The individual will be committed to helping serve their clergy, parishioners and community with warmth and professionalism in our mission to love, follow and serve Jesus.

The position is subject to a 3-month probationary period and completion of a satisfactory DBS check
