The Outdoor Education Graduate plays a key role in delivering Christ’s Hospital’s Outdoor Education (OE) programme. This is a specialist graduate position designed to give the postholder real responsibility, professional autonomy, and meaningful involvement in the design and delivery of high‑quality outdoor learning.
Working closely with the Head of Outdoor Education, the Outdoor Education Graduate will help deliver weekly OE sessions, support the OE‑run Bronze DofE pathway, contribute to student development, manage equipment and logistics, and take part in the pastoral life of the school.
Ideally you may have some outdoor education experience and ideally will hold suitable qualifications that may support this role.
This is a fixed term position for the 2026/2027 academic year, commencing October 2026 until August 2027. Working on a full time basis during term time, with some evening/weekend work to support school events, the full time salary for this role is £18,000 plus accommodation and free meals when school is in session.
