Out Of Hours Individual Support Coach

Hours: 14 hours per week

Location: Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley

Salary: £13.13 per hour

Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable coach to deliver 1–1 support sessions during evenings and Saturdays.

You’ll work with clients in recovery, offering encouragement, guidance, and a safe space to talk. Sessions may be delivered in person, online, or over the phone, depending on client needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, flexible, and confident working independently.
