About the role

Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for two Operations Managers to join our team on a fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent, subject to the availability of ongoing funding and business requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice services while driving performance, supporting staff development and achieving positive outcomes for our communities.

Working across Sandwell and Walsall, you’ll provide effective operational leadership, motivate and develop teams, monitor performance and ensure services are delivered consistently to the highest standards. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support service improvements, lead meetings, produce reports and help deliver an effective, responsive and client-focused service.
