We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take overall operational management responsibility for the Energy Services department, encompassing both Home Retrofit and Sustainable Communities programmes.
The role will ensure the effective coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of services that address fuel poverty and decarbonisation, integrating community engagement with high-quality retrofit delivery across Severn Wye’s operational areas
The role provides essential leadership capacity to the Energy Services team to maintain performance, manage risk, and support the Director of Energy Services with service delivery. The postholder may be required to deputise for the Director of Energy Services.
