Operations Manager – Charlton Benefice
30 hours per week (0.8 FTE) | Up to £45,000 FTE (£36,000 pro rata) | Southeast London
Charlton Benefice is seeking an experienced and committed Operations Manager to help lead and strengthen the day-to-day life of our three churches: St Luke’s, St Thomas’, and St Richard’s.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can turn vision into action, build effective systems, support volunteers and staff, and oversee the operational life of a growing and diverse Church of England benefice. The successful candidate will work closely with clergy, churchwardens, PCCs, volunteers and community partners, helping to create the capacity needed for mission, ministry and community engagement to flourish.
