Figure of Eight Events are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead delivery across some of the UK’s most iconic events.
Based in Cardiff (with UK-wide travel), this is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the front, and knows how to deliver complex projects to the highest standard.
From Henley Royal Regatta to Glastonbury, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end event delivery
- Managing and developing our operations team
- Overseeing logistics, budgets and on-site execution
- Driving operational excellence across the business
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in event operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly
Cardiff-based (UK travel required)
Salary on request (dependent on experience)
