Operations Coordinator
ORCA are excited to be recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join our Portsmouth office and support the logistics and administration of our global work to protect whales and dolphins.
We are looking for a systems thinker who is organised, able to respond dynamically to changes and who works well under pressure. An ability to refine and streamline systems and processes and to work in an interconnected way are essential to help drive efficiency and help our operational processes maximise our conservation impact.
We are looking for someone who has meaningful experience of coordinator operational activity, and has a track record of working with digital systems to manage complex processes.
Role details
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum (on an initial 12 month fixed term contract)
Annual leave: 20 days per year plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down (increasing to 23 days after two years service)
Location: Office based in Portsmouth, UK (remote working is available on Mondays and Fridays)
