About The Role

Retail is ever changing and as we continue to transform our stores and grow our online proposition to meet increasing customer demand, we’re looking for someone to support our online team. This role will be taking the lead on ensuring all the items we sell to people far and wide, are packaged up efficiently, timely and reach the buyer as quickly as possible. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a good knowledge of digital platforms such as eBay, Vinted, Depop and Amazon, with strong attention to detail.

Whilst the main part of the role will be packaging, you may also be asked to support the team in listing items on online marketplaces for sale. Therefore, literacy and IT skills to list items with an eye-catching image accurately and quickly will also be required. Experience of photography would also be an advantage.

This new role will be based at our Whitestone Superstore on the outskirts of Hereford and you will be working alongside team members and volunteers.

If the Online Packaging Assistant role sounds like the role for you and you want to work at one of the top 25 Best Charities to work for, then we’d love to hear from you!
