St. Mary’s College Bright Sparks & Early Years Nursery is seeking to appoint an Office Administrator & General Assistant to provide maternity cover.
As the first point of contact for parents, staff, visitors and external partners, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy nursery environment. This varied and rewarding position combines administrative responsibilities with practical operational support, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The successful candidate will manage telephone and email enquiries, support staff across the nursery, maintain records and systems, assist with stock ordering and procurement, and contribute to ensuring the nursery operates efficiently and professionally at all times.

The vacancy is 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday (all year round)
Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8.00am – 4.30pm.
