Do you want to be a part of a team supporting individuals with Autism and other complex needs?

Breckenbrough is a residential Special School with a Quaker ethos, which specialises in supporting students with
Autism, ADHD and other complex needs develop into happy, healthy, and successful adults. We are seeking to
appoint an Administration Assistant to join our busy administration team and welcome applications from all, though
experience is preferred.

The role is 3 days a week, term time only.  Previous experience of working with individuals who have Autism would
be beneficial to your application along with a positive, calm, and adaptable personality.

Your days will vary depending on who you are supporting, but you will always:

Job Requirements

•  Good academic qualifications, including GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
•  Previous administrative experience across a range of office duties
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•  Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
•  High level of attention to detail and accuracy
•  Ability to work well within a team, follow instructions, and contribute positively to office culture

•  Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

•  Cover Reception, as and when needed

Your salary will be Point 14 – full time £29,540 per annum – for 3 days pro rata £15,679. This role is term time only,
22.5 hours per week, currently worked over Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, with a half hour for
lunch, although we would be happy to consider a different working pattern. Your salary will be paid monthly, directly
into your Bank account on 24th of the month.

Breckenbrough is dedicated to safeguarding and require all our staff to hold and Enhanced Disclosure from the
Disclosure and Barring Service. A portable DBS is preferable.
