About the Role

 MAP seeks an

Occupational Therapistto provide emergency rehabilitation services, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and support patients with injuries or disabilities in improving functional independence. The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, producing orthoses and splints, assisting with assistive device fitting, maintaining accurate documentation and follow-up systems, ensuring adherence to international standards and IPC protocols, educating patients and families, and coordinating referrals to support comprehensive patient care.

About You

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Occupational Therapy or a medical degree with a minimum 12-month internship, and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. They bring extensive experience in occupational therapy and rehabilitation, preferably in emergency settings, with expertise in assessing, fitting, and modifying assistive devices, producing splints and orthoses, and applying Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols.
