You are confident working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, able to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and respond to complex and sensitive situations with professionalism.
You communicate clearly and empathetically, building positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. You are confident in assessing and managing risk and demonstrate a good understanding of relevant legislation and professional standards.
