We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Engagement and Outreach Worker to help us reach more people and ensure that no one is left behind.
This is a dynamic, community-focused role where you’ll play a key part in expanding access to Recovery College courses and wider wellbeing support. You’ll work with individuals and communities who may face barriers to accessing services—helping them feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to take the next step.
- Build trusted relationships across community groups, partner organisations, and Recovery College settings
- Support individuals with engagement, enrolment, and ongoing participation in Recovery College courses
- Act as a bridge between individuals, services, and the Recovery College, ensuring people get the support that’s right for them
- Promote inclusion, equality, and access to mental health and wellbeing opportunities
- Raise awareness of Recovery College provision and wider support services
- A strong belief in recovery and the potential for positive change
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, or support work
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, compassionate, and inclusive approach
- Confidence working with diverse communities and partner organisations
