As a charitable organisation, the Non-ExecutiveDirectors devolve authority for the governance of theorganisation, including holding the ultimate authority for theAwarding Body and Access Validating Agency licences.Attendance and effective contributions at Board meetings Attendance and effective contributions within either theBusiness, Finance & People Committee (BFPC) or theQuality Standards & Regulation Committee (QSRC)Scrutinise Board papers and provide appropriate feedback. Provide challenge and support to the CEO and SeniorManagement Team in the delivery of their objectives andthe achievement of key performance indicators. Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion though positiveaction. Provide guidance on issues in which the Trustee hasspecific expertise.The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to...The Non-Executive Directors will be expected to perform allsuch additional duties as are reasonably commensurate withthe role. The Board currently meets five times a year.
