About the role

ONSIDE is launching an innovative new Neurodevelopmental (ND) Service across Herefordshire providing early intervention, practical support and emotional wellbeing services for children and young people aged 0–25 years and their families.

Our vision is to create a neuro-affirming, person-centred service that empowers children, young people and families to understand and embrace neurodivergence, build on their strengths and access the right support at the right time.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, our practitioners will deliver support through community hubs, one-to-one interventions in homes and community settings, group programmes, parent workshops and partnership working with education, health, social care and voluntary sector organisations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for passionate and innovative individuals who believe in strengths-based practice and want to make a lasting difference to the lives of neurodivergent children, young people and families.

Whether supporting a young person to develop confidence, helping a family navigate local services, or working alongside schools and partners to create more inclusive communities, every member of our team plays an important role in improving outcomes and reducing inequalities.

If you are committed to delivering high-quality, neuro-affirming support and want to be part of shaping an exciting new service from the beginning, we would love to hear from you!

We particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of neurodiversity, as well as parents, carers, and family members of neurodivergent children and young people. We believe lived experiences strengthen our services and helps us to deliver more inclusive, person-centred support.
