​HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity and every year we work with around 1,000 local people to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.​

About The Role

Do you have experience of working with rough sleepers? Does the idea of working as part of a Team actively seeking to improve the lives of those, we support appeal to you? ​

  • Our Navigator Team provide intensive ‘End to End’ support for people who are rough sleeping with complex needs, advocating and enabling them to access appropriate services, including housing by working in partnership with existing delivery structures, and local networks.
  • The role is multi-faceted and challenging; one day out on outreach and the next continuing to work with clients on their action plan and journey away from the street.
