We’re excited to invite applications for the role of National Personal Training Lead, a key national position supporting the quality, consistency and commercial success of our Personal Training (PT) experience across all clubs.
The National Personal Training Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the operational consistency, quality and commercial success of the Personal Training experience nationwide.
This role focuses on setting and maintaining national standards, delivering actionable performance insights, and supporting the continuous evolution of our PT products and services. The ultimate goal is to enhance member engagement, retention and commercial performance, while ensuring a best‑in‑class PT proposition across all sites.
Working closely with national, regional and club teams, you will support the delivery of a consistent, high‑quality and commercially successful PT offer. You will use insight, coaching and collaboration to influence performance, embed standards and help shape the future direction of Personal Training across the business.
As the National Personal Training Lead, you will:

Embed, maintain and audit national PT standards across all clubs.

Track, analyse and report on PT performance, standards and commercial outcomes aligned to business goals and contractual agreements.

Provide actionable insights, performance reporting and trend analysis to inform national, regional and club‑level decision‑making.

Support regional and club teams with coaching, development and performance improvement initiatives.

Act as a key point of contact for PT performance support, sharing best practice and driving operational excellence.

Contribute to the development and rollout of PT frameworks, operational tools and the national PT roadmap.

Support the ongoing development of the PT product, identifying opportunities to improve member engagement, retention and commercial growth.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to support the delivery of operational and strategic initiatives.

Support the mobilisation and rollout of new initiatives across the PT estate.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to continuously improve the PT experience.
To succeed as a National Personal Training Lead, we’re looking for:

Strong experience delivering and leading fitness and PT operations.

A proven track record of developing and influencing PTs or coaching teams.

Commercial awareness and confidence working with performance data and revenue models.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insight into action.

A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.

A passion for quality, continuous improvement and innovation in fitness and wellbeing.
