Job Title: Modern Apprenticeship - Business AdministrationContract Type: Apprentice Salary: 
£10.85 for Apprentices under the age of 21 which equates to a full annual salary of £19,747.00
£12.71 for Apprentices aged 21 and over which equates to a full annual salary of £23,132.20Working Hours: 35 hours per week, full time Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Location: Scotland Reg Hub, Irvine

This role will be completing the Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration which will last 18 months. You will gain hands-on, real-life workplace skills while working towards achieving your Business Administration SCQF Level 6.  A mixture of online and in person training will be provided by Ayrshire College who will support you through the Programme and learning.About you

•    Assist with routine administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry and maintaining records.
•    Support the upkeep of accurate stock condition and compliance data under supervision.
•    Help process incoming and outgoing mail and escalate issues where necessary.Customer & Team Support
•    Prepare basic documents such as application packs, viewing packs and standard letters as directed.
•    Support colleagues with arranging appointments, viewings and general customer contact.
•    Learn how to respond to simple enquiries professionally before referring to colleagues when required.
•    Learn about data collection, reporting and the production of dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.Complaints & Allocations Support
•    Help maintain the complaints register, acknowledging complaints using templates and adding information into systems.
•    Assist with housing application processing by checking completeness and inputting initial details under supervision.Factoring Administration
•    Help prepare templated letters and update the housing management system as instructed regarding factoring services.Office Coordination
•    Support the smooth running of the office including basic housekeeping checks and maintaining office supplies.
•    Help organise and file documents so records are stored correctly and easily retrieved.Meetings & Events Support
•    Assist with booking rooms, setting up meeting spaces, arranging refreshments and preparing simple materials.Learning & Development
•    Work towards an accredited qualification - Business Administration SCQF Level 6
•    Receive regular supervision, coaching and development discussions.
•    Take on increasing responsibility as skills, confidence and knowledge grow.
•    Contribute to ideas for improving processes as experience develops.Additional Information
•    This is an entry level role designed to support skills development in a supportive team environment.
•    All tasks will be supervised, with gradual progression based on learning and capability.
•    The role will be exposed to sensitive information; therefore, you are expected to uphold data protection and maintain levels of confidentiality and record keeping standards at all times.
•    The role holder is expected to work in line with health & safety, policies and procedures.
