JOB SUMMARY
To provide an efficient & effective registration service for students and manage associated fee records and collection processes.
MAIN DUTIES
To assist with the enrolment process within the college, ensuring that accurate details are entered on college information systems
To ensure that students are issued with correct college ID record as appropriate, and that students are made aware of any fees due at the time of enrolment (or as soon as possible subsequent to enrolment)
To assist with processing payments of any outstanding fees on to appropriate system (e.g. Unit Finance Manager)
Provide an extensive advice service to students on any aspect of the enrolment process, including payment of outstanding fees.
Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to the enrolment process in line with statutory and college guidelines

Enrolment forms
• Customer Service, principally students
• Fee collection process
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the effective operation of the Unit, offering comment and exhibiting the highest professional standards
• Undertake projects and other duties as directed by the line manager
• Proactively collaborate with internal and external contacts
• Keep abreast of current developments relevant to student admissions and complaints
• Respect the confidentiality of matters relating to learners and other members of staff
Exercise a duty of care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions
• Promote and encourage Equality & Diversity in all aspects of College operations.
• Understand and comply with the requirements of the GDPR and the Freedom of Information Act
• Undertake other duties appropriate to the scope and grading of the post
