£19114.36 per annum (Basic Salary) plus £853.32 per annum (Recruitment and Retention Allowance)

What’s on Offer?
This is a full-time, 9‑month maternity cover position starting in April, supporting adults (18+) with severe mental health challenges.
You will:
- Work across supported living in Norwich (NR2) and with community clients across North Norfolk

Key Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Provide individual key work sessions and targeted, recovery‑focused interventions
- Use person‑centred planning to help individuals exercise choice and control
- Work collaboratively to develop and review assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans
- Champion independence, wellbeing, and empowerment at every step
