£12.71 per hour | Various contracts | Shift patterns: 8pm - 8am; 8am - 8pm | Includes weekends and public holidays

About the role

As a Mental Health Advice and Support Worker, you will ensure every caller has a positive experience from the very first ring. You will provide immediate advice and guidance, manage each call with care, and signpost people to the right support. No two calls are the same, and you will need to think on your feet while remaining compassionate and professional.

What we're looking for

A resilient and adaptable nature, able to handle high-pressure situations calmly

Excellent listening and communication skills

The ability to assess needs quickly and make confident decisions

A genuine passion for mental health support
