Salary £25,038.00 pro rata per annum

30 hours per week - Tuesday to Friday

As a Medical Records Administratorat our Wolverhampton Hospital, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills and great communication abilities. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers and you’re committed to providing our teams with the best level of support.

As a Medical Records Administrator, you will:

• Deliver high-quality administration support

• Enjoy the satisfaction of providing truly exceptional customer service

• Be able to prioritise a busy workload

• Keep calm under pressure and remain professional at all times

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing paperwork and files for Outpatient appointments and Inpatient / Daycase admissions

• Dealing with Solicitor and Patient requests for Medical Records (SARs)

• Scanning documents into the patients Electronic Patient Record (EPR)

• Archiving patient notes in line with the relevant retention periods
