Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware and strategically minded marketing professional with experience delivering audience-focused campaigns within the arts, entertainment, live events or cultural sectors. Candidates should demonstrate experience driving ticket sales, audience growth or customer acquisition, alongside strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, paid advertising, audience engagement and campaign reporting. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience overseeing brand consistency, interpreting campaign analytics and leading freelancers, agencies or team members is essential. Desirable experience includes dance, theatre or touring productions, ticketing systems, venue marketing relationships and live event operations. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
