Fio is a forward-thinking theatre company based in Cardiff. We are interested in art, artists and ideas. We work with global majority artists to wrestle and reinvent the theatrical cannon or/and create new works that challenge, provoke, and inspire.
We will shape and shake culture in Wales beyond representation. We will do this by providing pathways and opportunities for global majority artists to develop, create and experience bold and imaginative theatre that engages with communities and technology.
For our work to be at the centre of contemporary Welsh culture and identity we need a team who are curious, ambitious and passionate about theatre.
Marketing Coordinator (15hrs) - £12,649 pro rata
The Marketing, communications and sales Coordinator is a key role supporting the company’s artistic vision by ensuring Fio is communicating effectively to its stakeholders, audiences and communities and increasing attendance at and the profile of theatre by global majority artists in Wales.
Role Purpose
To deliver Fio’s marketing, communications, and audience development strategy, ensuring clear, consistent messaging in line with the communications strategy and increasing Fio’s visibility, reach, attendance at events and ticket sales for productions.
This is a one‑year fixed‑term contract, with continuation subject to future funding.
