Marketing and Fundraising Senior Executive

Could you will engage supporters and the public through multiple channels, working collaboratively across directorates on integrated campaigns and new initiatives?
- Create, plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, compliant, insight-led, audience-centric campaigns to enable us to deliver the marketing and fundraising strategy
- Deliver fundraising and marketing projects and campaigns to schedule, to budget and to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and liaise with external agencies and suppliers to deliver projects and campaigns
- Regularly monitor, communicate and document key performance indicators to track performance and keep key stakeholders updated
- Analyse results, making recommendations to maximise net income and improve supporter engagement, briefing the Insight & Analysis team with analysis requests and data requirements
- In the event of an emergency, support the rapid development and delivery of an emergency appeal at very short notice in coordination with internal teams and external agencies
- Excellent organisational skills and flexibility in planning and managing a variety of projects and activities to tight deadlines.
- Excellent numerical skills and ability to analyse campaign results.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyse and interpret results, translating this analysis into action.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, external suppliers and internal departments.
- Experience of working in a marketing or fundraising environment.
- Proven, hands-on experience of creating and managing a range of significant projects or campaigns from start to finish.
- Good knowledge of a range of marketing and fundraising channels and techniques (including: paid and owned social, email, broadcast, print and dialogue); direct hands-on experience would be an advantage.
