We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Executive - a creative, organised and proactive individual who is passionate about food and shaping the future of the food system. This hybrid role blends marketing delivery with event coordination, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, pace and working collaboratively across teams.
You will support the planning and execution of campaigns and events that inspire, inform and engage our industry
What you’ll do
Marketing campaign delivery
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, web and paid/organic channels.
- Build and schedule marketing emails, newsletters and customer journeys using CRM/automation tools.
- Draft, proof and publish campaign content including social posts and marketing collateral.
- Work with internal teams to ensure messages are accurate, aligned and on-brand.
Content creation & brand support
- Assist in creating written, visual and multimedia content to support campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Brief and collaborate with Design to create assets such as social graphics, documents, web visuals and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency of brand tone, visual identity and messaging across all channels.
Digital marketing & reporting
- Work with CX to update web pages, event listings and product information.
- Monitor analytics across email, social and web, producing regular reports with insights.
- Maintain accurate audience data in CRM and uphold data quality standards.
Event communication
- Schedule, prepare and send event communications including invitations, confirmations, joining instructions, reminders and post event follow-ups.
- Ensure comms plans are aligned across teams and delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate invitee and attendee information across CRM and event platforms.
Attendee engagement & customer service
- Respond to attendee enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor registration progress and produce weekly event reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with attendees, partners and senior stakeholders (including C-suite) with clarity and confidence.
Event planning & onsite support
- Coordinate event assets including guest lists, table plans, badges, signage and materials.
- Work with Design and internal stakeholders on event branding, visuals and exhibition requirements.
- Provide onsite support including registration, welcome, setup and derig.
- Coordinate couriers, catering and logistics when required.
Cross Functional Responsibilities
- Champion collaborative working between Marketing, Events, CX/UX and Design teams.
- Maintain internal documentation including action logs, agendas, summaries and follow-ups.
- Track progress, flag risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Keep shared folders, campaign plans and records organised and up to date.

- Ability to prioritise effectively across multiple deadlines.
