Marketing and Communication Assistant-

Are you a motivated and passionate individual looking to make a difference?

DEBRA is recruiting for a Marking & Communication Assistant to join our friendly and supportive Marketing Team, on a Full Time, Fixed Term 12 Month Contract, working a contract of 35 hours per week, earning a salary of £24,000 per annum.  This role is based in our Head Office, Bracknell, Berkshire. RG12 8FZ (Hybrid working).

About DEBRA

We are a National Charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.

What we are looking for in our Marketing & Communication Assistant

To provide support across the Marketing & Communication team on key projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all DEBRA charity shop Facebook pages, customer reviews and shop data via the PinMeTo platform. Providing support for shop teams with content creation and Facebook queries.
  • Managing / allocating requests received through the marketing group email inboxes.
  • Building and testing emails within Mailchimp to support all directorates.
  • Creating content for and supporting with the DEBRA website, email campaigns, internal publications, direct mails, social media, and internal communication channels (Intranet & Viva Engage) where required.
  • Logging POs and spend on the budget tracker when required.
  • Sourcing quotes and managing orders for print and materials when required.
  • Providing support to the wider Marketing & Communication function including Retail Marketing, Fundraising Marketing, Member Services, Research, PR & Internal Communications.
