The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing a bold, confident and performance-led marketing strategy designed to drive ticketing and hospitality revenue for Manchester Super Giants.
This role is accountable for delivering attendance and premium sales targets across all home fixtures of The Hundred (men’s and women’s teams) at Emirates Old Trafford. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end marketing engine, from campaign strategy and CRM activation to paid media performance and B2B premium sales generation, ensuring marketing activity converts directly into ticket and hospitality income.
Working closely with and reporting to the Head of Commercial Growth, this role will turn audience insight, brand momentum and data into measurable commercial results.
- Execute a bold annual marketing strategy directly aligned to ticketing and premium revenue targets.
- Responsible for performance marketing across paid, owned and earned channels, optimising for conversion, ROI and cost per acquisition.
- Confident in reporting campaign analytics, continuously refining targeting, messaging, and spend to maximise sales and overall commercial impact.
- Deliver and exceed attendance and premium hospitality sales targets across men’s and women’s fixtures.
- Build and activate B2B and B2C acquisition plans to grow new premium business accounts across the North West and nationally.
- Take direct ownership of a Premium Ticketing sales target, driving proactive outbound activity and pipeline generation.
- Responsible for the implementation of our CRM strategy and database activation to increase yield, repeat attendance and customer lifetime value.
- Manage agencies and collaborate with Lancashire Cricket and RPSG stakeholders to scale reach and impact revenue.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting, reporting and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless commercial delivery.
- Experience in crafting, executing and managing marketing campaigns, demonstrating strong competency in project and budget management.
- Demonstrate experience of working across multiple platforms, using a variety of tone of voice, and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Educated to University degree level or equivalent
- Astonishingly organised, with outstanding time management and stakeholder management skills.
- A team player who can communicate effectively across departments
- Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to commercial sales
- Experience using sales and marketing campaign management tools to report on ROI
- Competent in using Microsoft Office packages.
