Male Support Worker / Personal Assistant
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 4 hours per week
Type of contract: Variable
Location: Heathfield
Reporting to: Head of Community

Role Overview:
As a Support Worker / Personal Assistant, you will:
- Support a customer to attend appointments and access their local community
- Provide companionship and build a trusting, consistent relationship
- Encourage independence and help develop simple daily routines
- Assist with organisation and light support within the home
- Promote wellbeing through gentle, person-centred support

Role Overview:
As an Engagement Volunteer, you will:
- Speak with customers to gather feedback about their experiences.
- Help review information and ensure customer records are clear and accessible.
- Support the team in improving how our services are delivered and communicated.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, patient communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- An interest in helping people feel heard and supported.
